The Service:
A Professional service is what I offer. What ever the occassion is, I try to
bring the level of professionalism and enthusiasm to the level your guests
expect. Crowd interaction is a priority I strive for and I try to use it
appropriatley.

The Music:

Whether its a Jr. High Dance or Grandma's 80th
birthday party, my entire library comes with me. My music ranges from the
1930's up to today in all types except opera! My love for music will be obvious
through the variety of music and types of music I offer. I was born in 1966 and
have been surrounded by all aspects of music since. This certainly does not
make me an expert but I can relate to a fair portion of today's crowds
The Operation:
I have always been a single operator and will always be a single operator. This
means I am the DJ, owner, purchaser, advertiser, salesman, secretary,
treasurer, technician, mechanic etc. Do I like being all these? No, not all the
time (that is one reason for this web-site). However, wearing all these hats as
one person gives me reason to do my best because it is my reputation and in
turn, future business. I am the one who sells myself to you, the one who will
be DJing your event and the one who will take the heat at your event if there
are any problems.
The Experience:
It's hard to put a value on experience. Since 1988, I have done over 700
events. I have been in many situations. Some I wish I weren't in and many that
I gained experience in being able to handle a situation better for the next
time. I can't guarantee that my next event will not be another learning
experience, but I can guarantee over 14 years of experience.
The System And Setup:
My system as a whole is a self contained unit. All I need is an electrical
outlet and some room. I do not even need any tables to set the equipment on! My
equipment is on carts or are carts. This allows for less time on setup and take
down but this means I would rather have ground level access to the place I'm
setting up in or an elevator.

The Equipment And Media:
I use all professional sound equipment and most of the lighting is as well.
Like in many situations, the best and latest technology in equipment does not
make you the best. It's how you use your equipment and experience that makes
you what you are. As a potential client, your focus and understanding should be
the service.
The Media Type I currently use is Compact Disks and Mini-Disks.
In lighting and effects, my standard setup includes Flood Lights, A Small
Mirror Ball, Special Effects Lighting and Strobe Lights. I will use a Fog
Machine or a Bubble Machine on special requests. These offer neat effects but
are not always accepted by reception halls and can cause slippery floors or
even set off fire alarms.

The Pricing: I typically price a flat rate,
depending on the type of event, length of the event (hours), location, and how
far I have to travel. In some cases, I will price a per hour rate.

Payment: Depending on the event and the amount being charged, I will
require a Deposit or Retainer Fee. and the remaining balance is due on
the completion of the event or any time before. I accept Personal Checks,
Cashiers Checks, Cash and I am currently looking into electronic
payment through this web-site.
